Duties as follows

The
company has decided it would be pointless to list any performing duties
for this elite corporate position. The Director usually knows nothing,
always out of the office, and can never be found when
needed. The Staff Incompetence Manager will
perform all the Director's responsibilities in conjunction
to their
Managerial tasks.
